At Lilly's Boutique, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to include the original packing slip inside the box for faster processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
